Delivery Hours

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday

Receiving Your Order

  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • If you’re unavailable, we recommend assigning a family member, colleague, or neighbor to receive the parcel on your behalf

After Delivery

Once your order has been delivered:

  • Maison Joy is not responsible for any loss or damage thereafter
  • Any concerns regarding damage, leakage, or missing items must be reported to our customer support team on the same day of delivery

  • For orders below ₹999, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
