Return Policy
As Maison Joy fragrances are personal care products, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered, opened, or used.
However, we do offer a return or replacement only in the following situations:
- The product arrives damaged or broken
- Leakage during transit
- Missing items in your order
- An incorrect product is delivered
Prompt Intimation:
- For any issues related to your order, email support@maisonjoyofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a resolution.
- All requests are carefully reviewed and approved only after verification.
Refund Policy
Once an order has been successfully delivered, Maison Joy is not responsible for any damage occurring thereafter.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Leakage or breakage
- Missing items
- Incorrect products delivered
Mandatory Requirement:
A 360 degree unboxing video is required for all refund or replacement claims. The video must clearly show:
- The unopened outer packaging
- The product and the issue observed (damage, leakage, or incorrect item)
Additional Guidelines
- If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and inform us immediately.
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 2 days of the delivery update. Requests raised beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Timelines
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account within 4–7 business days after claim verification.
- Once approved, all refunds are processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
- Transaction details and confirmation will be shared once the refund is initiated.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
- For prepaid orders that are returned due to refusal or unavailability, refunds will be processed only after the product reaches us in its original, unused condition.
